You may remember that I posted a journal about my images uploading de-saturated. I contacted the help desk again, and long story short, they basically said it wasn't their problem. Que me being absolutly enraged that they cared so little about my problem that I left DA.
It was only until a couple of days agp that I told a new friend about my problem and why I no longer liked DA, that she solved it! What's so frustrating is that the solution was so very very simple that the help desk should have been able to give me that answer straight away, but no, they couldn't be bothered.
I will start uploading again in the next few days and hopefully I won't have the problem anymore.
I'm loooking forward to sharing my work again, but I'm still incredibly disappointed with DA and their customer service.
